your graphs in the forecast still seem to have problems. When I move the cursor over them they look as they are based on only 1 data point per day, as the cursor moves in steps, i see three times the same value. The curves seem to overshoot a lot, which cause unrealistic peaks to appear.
Do you have a link to your tempest weather station?
Good catch — the chart smoothing was creating peaks that weren’t in the actual forecast.
That’s been fixed, and the hover behavior now maps cleanly to one real data point at a time. The 10-day view shows one value per day, and the hourly view shows one per hour.
Hi @wsears — welcome aboard, and welcome to the community!
Really sorry you ran into trouble connecting your station — that’s not the first impression we want anyone to have. We’d love to jump in and help you get it sorted.
Could you drop us a note at support@luxwx.com so we can work through it with you directly? (It doesn’t look like I can send you a PM to your account here right now.)
A few details that would help us dig in:
After you click “Connect with WeatherFlow” in LuxWX, what’s the next screen you see? (A WeatherFlow sign-in page, an “Authorize LuxWX” screen, an error, or something else?)
If you reach the Authorize screen on WeatherFlow’s side, what happens when you click Authorize — do you get bounced back to LuxWX, or does it hang/error?
What browser are you on, and do you have any ad blockers or privacy extensions running (uBlock, Privacy Badger, strict tracking protection, etc.)?
A screenshot of whatever WeatherFlow shows you right after clicking Authorize would be super helpful, too.
We’ll get you up and running — thanks for your patience!
