Updated Tempest apps are rolling out now.

iOS: 4.04 (436)  
Android: 4.04 (96)  
Web: 20200615a

**Changes for all platforms include:**  
• Improved refreshing for Better Forecast.  
• UV Sanity Checking

**Additional Android Changes:**  
• Fixed issue with app badge showing 1 when ongoing notification is turned on  
• Better icon alignment on 10 Day forecast

**Additional iOS Changes:**  
• Fixed issue when UV and Wind sidebars were showing in current conditions when they should not be

**Additional Web Changes:**  
• Fixed issue when UV and Wind sidebars were showing in current conditions when they should not be
