# Reset Remotely?

Ok, this is my replacement unit and it’s gone offline just like the previous one. How can I reset this remotely? How the heck do people reset when they mount it on roofs etc.? This is why I haven’t permanently placed it anywhere yet, for precisely this reason. If there is a way to remotely reset it let me know. Hopefully it won’t be a system fail like my first one. Thanks!

how about getting your hub online ?? It isn’t for 9 hours. Led colour ?? If red then it isn’t able to get to internet via your wifi. If blue, some device is linked to it and blocking

Didnt notice the hub was offline. Unplugged and connected to WiFi. Light is green. When I access the tempest app the hub turns blue. Both appear online now but no notification that it is.
