# REST API on the Hub for observations

Presently I need to go to the internet to get the current Observations for a device in the time period between app startup and capturing the first UDP packets from the Hub.  
I would like a REST API on the Hub to query the last set of UDP broadcasts (obs\_air, obs\_sky).
