What is the station ID or the link to the station? I do know that sometimes the map takes a little time to populate. What do you get when you zoom in on that area? ---

Your hub is online but your Tempest isn’t linked to the hub. You did part one but still need to pair the Tempest to the hub via te app settings → station → manage device and use the little + top bar and follow instructions. Once you have the Tempest paired it will show on the map.
