# What does this mean?

My device seems to be working ok, however when I look at my Sensor Status it says “LIGHTNING\_DISTURBER | RH\_FAILED”
Is that something to be concerned about? I just go my unit in June.

That seems to indicate your station won’t detect lightnings anymore

A lightning disturber status is indicating the lightning sensor is picking up electromagnetic activity that is most likely interference. If no lightning strike is reported, the signal is not making it past the filters and so, you aren’t getting a false positive. This status is normal and let’s you know when there is EMG signals being picked up by the sensor.
The RH failed status is indicating a failed RH sensor! Please contact customer support as you might need a replacement unit.
