After charging the battery for four hours from dead, the battery will charge your phone twice.
How could they possibly know how much capacity my phone has?
That’s like saying a 60 gallon gas tank can only fill up two cars even if they might have only 12 gallon tanks each.
They don’t. It’s a marketing guess.
Here’s what I use. I keep it plugged into the wall. I tested it to make sure the power doesn’t dip/turn off when it’s unplugged/powers lost. So far seems to work fine.

I picked up one of the Voltaic power banks linked above and it seems to work well. My main AIR/SKY hub is in my network rack which is protected by a large UPS, but my new tempest hub needed to go elsewhere in the house for signal strength reasons, so this little power bank ought to keep it going through momentary power blips and larger outages until the generator is online.
