Let’s see. Introducing Me.

Being a man of few words (who just likes to use them often), I attribute my successes in my life to having been born at a very early age. If I have accomplished any good for anyone, may God get the credit; if I blew it - seriously, it was that other guy. And really . . . he was just here a minute ago, I swear ! … Meanwhile, It was a dark and stormy night…but that’s not important right now; so just call me Ishmael…

(… you’re still here!? okay - here’s more…)

Born in the Saginaw Valley of Lower Michigan, and now having lived most of my life in Northeast Wisconsin (USA), I am presently a decorated & retired LEO who teaches Driver’s Ed, and works as a Standardized Patient for a local Medical College. A long-time amateur weather nerd/spotter, I was the only guy in my department who was even remotely interested in watching for wall clouds while on duty (“Where is that guy anyway? Still up on that overpass? Figures.”)

Have even gotten my wife to be looking over my shoulder at stuff when I am in full drool mode! She is also the one who will have the job of throwing things at me and telling me to get my sorry . . . . donkey! . . in the basement, while I stare at any oncoming funnel clouds like a bug to a zapper.

We’re the type of folks who can sit there for hours watching “Ryan Hall Y’all” doing a broadcast and forget that we still have Star Trek episodes yet to be seen!

Other useless information:
Amateur Actor & Director (for eons it seems);
Freelance Public Speaker - “Have Voice / Will Tavel!” (not intentionally - folks just know I’m not afraid to yak in front of crowds);
Lifestyle Humorist & Storyteller (can’t resist a good one-liner, much to the chagrin of my kids and spouse!);
Aspiring Voice Talent (once the studio is finished, my daughter has tasked me with putting all of my “stories” into a digital archive for her kids, and their kids, and so on. Not even scratching the surface, as we begin to “title” them for later use, we are already surpassing 95 as of this writing!).

And if you are still here reading this, you obviously must set the bar higher for yourself in terms of your literary diet, as well as your choice of hobbies! Since I have failed thus far to put you into a near-coma level of slumber, I will also offer you this: My LinkedIn Professional Profile
