PBA output Voltage when on mains power

Can anyone advise what the typical output voltage at the wafer when on mains voltage is please.
No batteries installed.

Mine was 3.86v but the tempest will not charge.

When I put 8 energizer batteries in it charges so I am suspect of mains power.

If you have a DC benchtop power supply, you can always try to manually charge the Tempest. Just stay below 5V and get the polarity correct.

I’ll try to remember to test the output when I get home from work.

I measured 3.93V when using the supplied AC adapter and 3.58V when on Energizer Lithium Ultimate batteries.
