Adding 32F Isotherm to radar image

I’d like to submit a new feature to the radar image. Adding isotherms to the radar. Specifically, the 32F isotherm (perhaps highlighted in different color) will alert travelers of freezing rain, black ice, etc. where radar may not pick up this level of local temperatures. Ideally the radar and isotherms would automatically update to keep drivers from needing to ‘refresh’ the screen while driving. Ventuskly site already provides this valuable overlaying feature.
