@todd.lorey

Get update version .004 and that should solve the wind speed issue. Please let me know.

That fixed it. Cheers!

as mentioned above, solved, back to normal and no need for a submarine anymore :ferry:

Let me know of any issue you find.

Ok, here’s another potential issue, the solar radiation is listed twice in the packet. Not sure if it will screw things up but I thought I’d mention it.

On a related note, for the CWOP messages, it seems like you are reporting Lux (the β€œl52096” at the end). Is that right? That number doesn’t seem to show up on the findu page for station observations. And interestingly, the letter β€œL” switches between a capital and lower case. What’s the reasoning for that?

That is fixed in version .005 and replace with UV.

L is for values 999 and less. l is for values greater than 999. I have no idea why buy that’s from the documentation.

Cool. Seems to be fixed.
The Lux doesn’t show up on the CWOP page. And the PWS page doesn’t seem to have the radiation/UV info yet. Might have to wait for it to show up?

Another thing I noticed is that there seem to be at least two entries for each timestamp in the PWSW.out file:

I don’t know if either of them use the data but it’s in the documentation to send so… I do what I can.

You have done well, I would say!
As a follow-up, it looks like there are exactly three entries per timestamp in the PWSW.out log file. Doesn’t seem to be affecting the PWS station weather page though.

In a terminal window, run

pm2 stop all
pm2 start

i want to see if that stops the duplicates.

Looks like there’s an issue with a file not found:
[PM2][ERROR] File ecosystem.config.js not found

Here’s a capture of the terminal:

You need to be in the base folder wfarchive or archivesw depending on the install.

Ok. That got it to restart properly. I’ll wait to see how the logs look.

Now I have to figure out why that happened and how to prevent it.

For what it’s worth, the CWOP log shows three entries as well. The PWSW only has one entry.
And actually, the CWOP hasn’t shown a log entry since I did the stop/start of the processes. I actually had also done a reboot of the RPi before that as well.

EDIT: I take that back, the CWOP does have data since I did the restart but the CWOP.out log hasn’t shown any updates since the restart.

is debug mode still active after those resets, restarts ? Restart β€˜server’ process maybe via the interface
