I just got my Tempest and can’t seem to share information on the Web or Weather Underground. https://tempestwx.com/station/31525 shows as my Share Page. If I log in, I can see information but if I come in anonymously, I can’t see it. Weather Underground shows it as offline. I have Share Publicly turned on in the App. Am I missing something? Thanks.
You have done part 1 of the install, the hub is linked to your wifi but your Tempest is not linked to the hub and it can’t send anything
did you do part 2 of the setup ? If, long ress on the led under the Tempest (switch set to on) and see if you can see it in the app via add device.

For a visual, as @eric said, you are missing the link shown in the left side of the picture.

That seems to have worked! It’s not working on Weather Underground yet but that apparently takes an hour or so.
