Changing Rain Fall Amount

Last night as I closed out my day, my Tempest station on my farm said we had 0.24 inches of rain yesterday. This morning it says we had 0.11 inches of rain yesterday (last night). Why the change in the rain fall amount? This has happened several times.

That is the RainCheck feature. Read about it in Introducing RainCheck

A search here on RainCheck will bring up many posts about it. It is disabled through settings.
