Tempest sends NC rain to Weather Underground as well as Alexa regardless of weather you have NC weather on or off in the app. For those of us who live in areas like Florida where rain can vary greatly from one local area to the next, NC rain is not accurate. It is requested that users have an option to prevent NC rain totals from being transmitted to Weather Underground and Alexa, just like NC rain can currently be prevented from being using in the user app.
Not only are they sending NC rain but because NC rain is updated retroactively throughout the day, the daily rain TOTAL in WU ends up going down at times during the day which makes absolutely no sense.
