PBA active notice in app

@corrineb @cmorello @eric

This particular Tempest is working correctly but the battery has run down to 2.28V and I am connecting a PBA to said Tempest to boost it back up. The unit has been running on solar for the last 18 months without issue.

I have followed procedure but there is no indication on App or web that the Tempest is taking power from the PBA. There is sufficient voltage across the outer terminal on the wafer.

My problem is this:

Irrespective of how many times I switch off and connect the PBA and leave there is no increase in Tempest battery voltage. I have done this over 3 days and tried at least 10 times. In my opinion there should be an indicator to show feed is being taken from the PBA.

It would appear that the firmware is not looking for this PBA. Firmware is 181. A flash of the firmware would possible help unless its terminal hardware issue.

My other Tempest is on a PBA and has worked for years. A solid product so any adjustment to the app would allow me to decide on a way forward with this.

The power booster is seen by that Tempest but several weeks back something failed inside the Tempest (charge controller maybe after +5 years of service).
