Interesting… I just retried with two different browsers and I’m still getting 1.07.
This is what I just got.
Oh boy… Got Undefined offset twice just now. Manually typed in the numbers just to make sure.
Hm… don’t break your back too much on this although it is an interesting thing.

Is there a chance that the time is not setting for my zone?
Ipad safari and chrome. Both show 1.* value
Will check on my wife’s ipad, and my Macbook…
But yeah, it’s a time issue.

Same thing again. 1.* range. Tried with iPad, iMac, and even a ChromeBook. Same results.
Something about the time change maybe …
I’m seeing different results with Safari on my Dev iPhone… will look into the iOS/macOS issue. I’m sure its’ a javascript problem.

Just use a EPOCH in seconds for the date… time since midnight:
