Batteries flat already?

Hi folks;

Last December I installed the battery booster pack for my Tempest. About a month ago, my station went into battery save mode again - I assumed the batteries in the pack were spent - so I replaced them with fresh ones. Now a month on, Tempest went offline this morning and reports voltage at 2.11V and in Eco state.

Thoughts? Seems a little soon for batteries to be flat? I did use good quality.

Recommendations for replacement batteries?

That does seem very fast. Is your solar panel dirty? Any sun at all? Could have been a bad battery in the group.

I tend to use Lithium AA’s which hold up well in colder conditions.

Some of the Station experts might have some additional ideas on why batteries went flat so soon.

Your Tempest seems to have an issue and consumes to much power. Best is to contact our support and ask their help.
