Best Air Location?

Hello All, new guy with the system on order. In trying to determine the location for the AIR would a aluminum siding affect the AIR in any way, especially with lightning detection? My other choice would be closer to the road, would engine noise bother it?

The lightning detection probably is less important than ensuring it’s shaded and doesn’t pick up any reflective heat off the siding. If you get false positives the usual fix is to just rotate it 90 degrees to quiet things down.
