Lightmap not displaying

I have had a Lightmap and using it for many months. It stopped displaying last week. All it does it blink blue and green. (In the upper RH corner). Is there a hard reset or something I can do? It allows me to setup WiFi and then scan QR code but only alternates between blue and green blink after that.

I had that happen last April after I got mine. The alternating Blue/Green means that LightMap is in pairing mode to BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). I reached out to LightMap Support. They said to UNplug it from the power source (disconnect the coupling from the actual LightMap cable to the connector end of the AC wall adapter) for about 2 mins. Then plug it back in and go thru the setup again. (may have to re-scan its QR code on the back of the LightMap board).

After I did that setup again. . .it’s been running “Fluently” since April 2025. Even when there has been a power or Wi-Fi outage. . .it will come back and flash Blue/Green until it establishes contact with the Wi-Fi (or power is restored). . .then goes back to normal reporting from the Tempest° device.

IF the method described above does not seem to work for you. . .then reach out to their support section at Contact - LightMaps and fill in the blanks then submit.
