Why does the forecast always show lightning when it is going to rain? We live in the Pacific Northwest, and only very rarely do we ever get lightning. Yet pretty much every week Tempest shows lightning in the forecast. Wunderground never shows lightning, so why does the Tempest weather server think it is going to happen?
