Just came outside to find my Tempest on the floor, it looks like the pole mount itself has broken
Does anyone know where I might be able to source a new one? I don’t see them listed for sale anywhere

Never mind, I found it on the website!
I would contact support and see if they will warranty it, because I don’t ever recall seeing one broken posted here ever…

By the time I had read the comment to contact support, I’d already placed the order. Next time I guess!
I will say that this is well out of warranty, so I’m not too bothered about spending ~$15 on a new mount
The new mount looks different, but I can’t tell if its stronger or not, hopefully it is!
