I installed my Tempest on a Tripod and placed it at the same place for over two years, I believe.
Yesterday I need to move it to another location by lifting the whole tripod+Tempest set. Unfortunately, the haptic rain+wind direction sensor fell out from the base where solar cells are installed.
There are two flat cables. The copper wires at the end of one cable as shown in the uploaded photo is loosed.
How should I proceed to repair this? Is it still under warranty?
