I’m just curious to how fast the temp/hum sensor inside the Tempest adjust to rapid temperature changes?
take a hair dryer and try it out. Do you expect that fast temperature changes in real life?

Here is some old data from when I took the tempest outside and placed it inside in front of some LED lights. Horizontal scale is in minutes, vertical scale is both %humidity and temperature in Celsius. This might give you some idea. Note that this is for a very large change (45 percent point in humidity and 19 degrees Celsius). It takes about 80 minutes for this large change, but with no wind at all. With a bit of wind I guess the change would have happened quicker.
At the steepest part is does change 1 percent point in relative humidity per minute and 0.38 degree Celsius per minute.
