I noticed recently that my unit has been going offline lately. It comes back on but I don’t recall it being this bad.
Check the signal strength in the app for both the station and the hub. If its bad, this will happen. The radio in the hub is directional, so just turning the hub 90 degrees might be enough to resolve it. If not, you may need to physically move it.

My unit has been offline since I switched to an ATT wireless internet device. I can see the data on my iphone, but not on the internet. It may be that the new internet connection is 5 GHz while the Tempest trouble shooting says it must be 2.4 GHz. I don’t have a solution for that yet but I asked for support just today.
All the hubs I have must use a 2.4GHz wifi and will not work on a 5GHz wifi.

You need to enable the 2.4GHz band on the AT&T device then link the hub to that.
