I’m looking to update my homegrown Gui for weather to show when the sky unit is charging via solar panel. Is there a way to tell if it is charging? When I look at voltage level I can see that it goes up and down with the sun. Is there a voltage when it switches to charging that I could key off?
Not as you are asking. You can tell when it’s charging as the voltage will increase.

There is no intelligence in the SPA. The only measurement is by the voltage, bearing in mind that it is only sampled every 10 minutes as a low priority task in the Sky IIRC…

I agree that it wouldn’t be accurate. When looking at the voltage levels, overnight it goes down to 3.33V, but during the day in the sun it is up at 3.49V. Maybe anything larger than 3.4V shows that it is charging. When I had brand new lithium batteries in there, the voltage was 3.15V at best.
In that case, anything above 3.33 would be a charge.
