Hello, I’m trying to set my Weather Flow up for the first time and can’t seem to get the device recognized. When I put the switch to the on position, the LED flashes green a few times and then goes to a magenta or purple color. The Hub is online and the device has been charging for 4 hours in bright sunlight.
Any ideas?

try to push the led for more then 10 seconds till it blinks again (full reset) and then see if you see it pop up in the app.
