What does this mean?

Well, with a little further investigation, it appears that message means that there are not devices paired to the Hub.

is that correct?

Hi Sam. Yes, that’s correct. A more friendly answer might be “no sensor devices attached” or even, more generally, “station setup not complete” since you can get that in a few other weird cases.
