Beta testing for the Breathe

Is the Breathe being tested now? Can anyone volunteer to be a beta tester of the Breathe if so? Soon to be an owner of the Air & Sky!!!
Thanks,
Dicky

We haven’t even seen a prototype.

Thanks, noticed it on WetherFlow.com

Most probably the active development will start in a few weeks, once the sky unit is delivered and most of them are stable (there is some automatic calibration once installed, but as usual, some tweaking will be needed. WF will start the next round once it feels confident enough with the 3 existing modules and has time spare (for the moment WF staff has hands full with testers feedback and last minute tweaks, testers are nasty people )

Thanks Eric, I know there is a lot going on with WeatherFlow testers! But when the Breathe does come available I will diffently purchase one! Looking forward to receive my Air & Sky!

To quote WearherFlow:

Based on this we can guess it could be a few months. WeatherFlow is being diligent in making sure we all have a great product and experience.

I know WeatherFlow wouldn’t release a product unless it is 100% all the way!!

Good questions and the answers from our field testers are accurate except perhaps for the timeline. We do have detailed designs and even a couple prototypes in-house, but both the technology and the business landscape have changed a good bit since those were developed. We plan to revisit the BREATHE design and re-evaluate our strategy regarding air quality sensors in general early this Summer.

It would be nice to have a CO detector with the Breathe but that would Involve tons of testing and there may be a liability issue if you did. I work for a natural gas company and have seen a lot of cheap CO detectors that give false alarms. I know if WeatherFlow did it would be a top notch detector!! Thanks for your reply and can’t wait until I receive my Air & Sky!!

YEA! I personally think this will be a big seller. I can see users buying more than one. Personally I plan to place four in the main floor of my house and as many as five in the basement.

Oh yes, a radon detector would be really nice. That’s a huge issue in the Rocky Mountains.

Sign me up for beta testing! And if you won’t be doing beta testing, just send me one of those in-house prototypes

I would love to see a basic Temperature/Humidity sensor (AIR without the pressure and lightning bit) that can be used indoors and in my greenhouse. In the ideal I’d have on my app the AIR readings outside and basic temp/humidity inside and in the greenhouse. And if it’s cheap enough there’s scope to add these in different areas in the house (in the heating scheme/humidity scheme of things there are some clear zones).

Please add my name to the BREATHE Beta testing list
Thank you Peter

The feature and design options are as well discussed in Breathe and other products

I would as well be interested in assisting @WFmarketing with ideas and testing of beta version(s).

No update. Too focused on AIR & SKY (and Hub) at the moment. BREATHE is still very much on the roadmap, but uncertain timing.
