The developer fixed it about a month or two ago and it has happened again. The windsock has reappeared. I did reach out to him and he said he would look into it.
I bought a few Amazon Fire Kindles to use this app since it’s so great. On 3 of the 4 kindles, it works. But the 4th one can’t get past the “verifying access” page, after I put in my Tempest ID. Any suggestions? Thanks.

How are you entering your station id?
@btst.online I am entering as the opening page says to: my station comes up at the top, the flag and loading sticks. I had it like this for 10 minutes last night

Thank You Sam For The Update. Also I noticed When We Changed To Day Light Savings Time Last Week I I Still Show Standard Time On My Lap Top. On My Android Phone The App Changed The Time. . Can That Be Corrected Or Do I Need To Change A setting Which I Cannot Locate. Great Site & Thanks For Your Help! Robert Tempest
It’s been over a year for me that either app has worked and post after post about how he is working on it. Not a huge deal but at some point you just have to admit it no longer works before more people purchase the app. YMMV - Not meant to be an angry post, just an observation!

Hello All!
I realize there are issues with btstWx and btstWx PRO. Never fear… I am reworking some server code and will be releasing updated versions of both apps soon.
Also, both apps will be abandoned soon as well… in favor of a single app: WeatherBox. This app will include functionality from both btstWx apps, as well as some new features (connecting to WeatherBox wx stations).
I apologize for the delay, but some things take time. Rest assured… progress is coming!

Scroll up and you will see a few others are reporting what you describe as well as the developers comments regarding an update “soon”. I often see what you describe but it always resolves within a few minutes. I am running on two iOS devices.
