How do I change the API response from METRIC to IMPERIAL? MM to IN, C to F, etc)
I don’t think you can (I might be mistaken) But you could write your own conversions.
(or just go for metric 
… yeah!! )

All data is transmitted and stored in metric values. It is your responsibility to convert the data into the values you require.
