[FW] Add UDP Packet When Bluetooth Connects / Disconnects

I know time is limited but this is something I’d like to see added in the Hub firmware.

I want to know when a Bluetooth connection is made to the Hub and which device made the connection.

This is assuming that only Bluetooth connections are allowed to the Hub.

Also would like to have Internet Connected / Disconnected. Wi-Fi Connected. These last two may require a 60 delay in sending.
