Will not respond to reset button push (held in up to a minute!).
Checked with different power supply.
A red led on the hub means it can’t connect to wifi. You might repair it to your wifi network (a reset erases the settings)
In the app → settings → stations → wifi and launch the procedure or manually set it via that submenu
The light stays red regardless of what is done. Even the reset hole has no effect whatsoever.
You do have bluetooth turned on in your phone?

Have had to reset before and that works.
Hub is absolutely bricked. Opened a ticket requesting replacement but haven’t heard back.
