Hub goes offline overnight daily

The last 4-5 nights, my hub has gone offline overnight, usually in the early morning hours. My home internet connection has not been interrupted during this time. Is there a hub firmware update available or anything?

is it your hub, or your tempest that goes offline? if it is the tempest, check the battery level.

It is the hub. The message says “The Tempest station Hub named xxx hasn’t published new data in awhile…”

when you use your phone while being nearby, it will connect using Bluetooth. perhaps check the status using a pc without using the app. But if the connection strength in the screenshot is from the wifi, then that is a good connection.

This happens while I’m sleeping. I know the hub LED turns blue when it’s connected to the phone and that’s not this. When I wake,I have the disconnection notifications and the hub LED is red. I have to power cycle the hub to get it to connect again.
