Is there a "Settings" user manual for the Tempest weather station?

Is there a user manual for the Tempest weather station that explains all the settings in the Tempest weather app? Then I wouldn’t need to ask:

What are Status and Quality Control alerts?
What is the Always On Mode display option?
Is there a way to check the Tempest charge status?

the first gives you an alert for changing status and if some sensor fails. the second keeps your display always on, and yes you can, it is an advance option when you manage your station under settings

Thank you. I still don’t understand Always On Mode. Nothing on my phone seems to stay on any differently whether this is switched on or off. What display is this referring to? Thanks again!

The only methods I know of to find things out are

  1. The Tempest Weather system help center: https://help.weatherflow.com/hc/en-us/categories/203614828-Tempest-Weather-System
  2. Search this forum using the magnifying glass at the top of this page.
  3. Ask this forum.
  4. Ask support by opening a ticket
    I have not seen a manual for the App. I have learnt by using the above methods.

Thank you. It’s so odd this company has such disjointed information access. One well written user manual would make life a lot simpler for everyone–except the one who writes the manual. :slight_smile:

The only “manual” I know of is what I wrote in this post quite a while ago.

It is, of course, for an older version of the app so some things are out of date.
