What does the status on and off setting do in the app? Thanks

If you are referring to this Status setting under the ALERTS section, I assume that is referring to the Online status of the station(s) on your account. It may refer to the device status rather than the station status since I don’t find any other Status section under Settings.

Yes that is correct it’s under alerts, I noticed it was set to off, so I switched it to on, but didn’t know what it’s primary purpose or function was or to what benefit it served me if any? Should I leave it set to on? What do you think? Thankyou

Mine is set to ON. I’ve never turned it off to see if I stop getting status notifications.
