It would be nice to see a breakdown of lightning strikes by certain distance ranges instead of total lightning strikes. The majority of strikes occur really far out from me so it would be a nice feature to see a breakdown.
a long time ago I suggested to make the current strike count graph a bit more interesting like this, where each color represents a distance range:

Not quite. That chart is for such a limited period. With the latest update that shows total lightning strikes by the day/week/month/year, it would be nice if it broke it down to tell you the number of strikes in any of those periods. Say you have 10000 strikes this year then it would be nice to see if say 2000 were 0-10 miles, 6000 were 10-20 miles and 2000 were 20-30 miles. It could also be broken down to the km range as well but this is just an example.
