No station info showing on 'card view' - app or web

Will uninstalling and reinstall of app help?

Go to your station using a web browser. If the cards show up, then an app reinstall might work. If the web shows the same thing then reinstalling the app wonā€™t.

This temporary solution from @93ben might help you to see your graphs. Substitute your ā€˜Station IDā€™ and ā€˜Device IDā€™ into the address. You can find those numbers on your status page. To find your status you can use either the App or the Web page if you are logged in. From the web page - Settings - Stations - ā€˜select stationā€™ - Status - look for ā€˜Station IDā€™ and ā€˜Device IDā€™

And if you tell us your station ID or link as descrobed here we will be able to see your situation.

I am having the same issue. Ticket submitted

What is your Station ID or the link to it. You can get a link to it using the share icon in the App or on the web. If you also put it in your profile it will help us troubleshoot.

Not sure what happened but you only have a hub linked to the account. Did you add the Tempest to the hub as described in the little notice ??

I did add the Tempest to the hub.At least I thought I did.

Go into the app and select Settings, Stations, station name, Manage Devices. What do you see?

Add device
Thatā€™s all

And thatā€™s what you have to do. Add the Tempest (device) to the hub. See my post above with the steps.

Itā€™s not finding it.
