Online and history shown on iPad but offline and no history on droid phone app

Haven’t found the answer to this yet. My station number is ST-00219776. I get history and the device is shown as online when I look at the iPad app however, when I look at my Pixel 7’s app, I have no history instead getting a spinning wheel and “loading” but nothing ever loads. Scrolling to the “Device” “Status” on my phone shows the device is “online” but scrolling to the “Weather” page and scrolling to the bottom, it says “005 Offline”. Same area on the iPad says “005 online”.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the phone app and also cleared the cache and history to no avail. Anyone have an answer? Your help is appreciated.

You had a previous install that is now empty called ‘John Fox’s Run’. In the setting go to stations and swipe left on that name and delete.

After that you should only have ‘Home Weather Station’ as a working station with the data. Don’t delete this one.

On the home page you could switch to the second one (click on the name to open a dropdown list)

Thank for this email. I deleted the loan station but now I’m having trouble on my phone hooking up to the hub. I’ll keep trying but I was right next to the hub with my Bluetooth on and it said it couldn’t find it.
