Station connected, online, displaying all current conditions -- but NO history

For at least a month, my station is not recording any history.

My Tempest shows that it is online. The app is showing all current data.

But there is no history except rainfall recorded in the app or when I sign in online.

Since current conditions are displayed in the app, the Tempest is detecting and reporting data, the issue would seem to be in the app.

I have tried deleting the app and re-installing it from the App Store but there is no change.

Try to take several Screenshot examples of what you just described above. . .then open a Ticket with Tempest° Support by mousing over SUPPORT in the top portion of this screen. . .then click on Open a ticket and follow the instructions to describe the issue and include your screenshot examples.

Your Tempest shows 4 failed sensors : look at the sensor status

Tempest Station Status

Try to reboot the Tempest via the switch under the device and see if this clears the errors. If not Open a support ticket. Customer support will help you out.

Thank you, Eric. I had looked at this page before but had not scrolled down far enough to see the specific sensor status area.

And thank you storm_trscker for your suggestions.

The Tempest unit was reset 2 days ago. The Status says that the sensors are good. And I can see historical data for each of those 2 days and today.
