Try to take several Screenshot examples of what you just described above. . .then open a Ticket with Tempest° Support by mousing over SUPPORT in the top portion of this screen. . .then click on Open a ticket and follow the instructions to describe the issue and include your screenshot examples.
Try to reboot the Tempest via the switch under the device and see if this clears the errors. If not Open a support ticket. Customer support will help you out.
