Just old data in tempest app, no connection?

My weatherstation has been offline and in storage a few months. Installed again a few days ago and app status says hub online but network offline. So does it mean that station working and communicating with hub but no weather data goes to the app? Did wifi setup and it did not complain about anything, said connected. Now i am kind of stuck, dont know how to go forward and what the issue is. //Matias

Answering myself, apparently the battery was empty and apparently not charging. Ordered new ones from Aliexpress so lets see…

Did you turn the power switch in the Tempest sensor on and leave it out in the sun for a few days to recharge? Turning the Tempest sensor’s power switch on is important, because the Tempest will not charge if the power switch is off…

Yes, its been on and out in the sun a few days but nothing. Still strange the app dont complain…

did you check the status of the device in the app?

I have now a new battery and we have a few green lights in the app but still old dates (nov-24) so looks like its not updating?



Most probably the Tempest is not more linked to your hub after this time/manipulation

Long press the led under the Tempest till it reboots and the led starts to blink slowly green (means reset).
In the app - settings → stations → your station → devices-> your de"vice → advanced and use the replace button to re add the tempest without loosing old data and follow on screen

Once it is paired again the led will blink a few times fast and go out. After a minute your data should be flowing again.

Ok, so nothing happens when i press reboot under the station. No lights nothing. When i measure voltage with multimeter i do get 2.57V so there is power. Perhaps short circuit?
