Next week I’ll relocate my tempest station from Lisbon to my beach house 50 km frio where it is now.
How to proceed to set it up?

all depends if you would like to keep the data or not
once in the new location you can modify it’s location via the settings of the app or webpage
settings-> stations → location via the map if you click on the coordinates
same for elevation just under location (needed for various calculations like pressure)
If you don’t want to keep the data and once it is setup again, go
settings → stations > manage devices → advanced and in there the red text deleta all data
You keep your station and just erase all previous data. But you can keep the data if you can use for some reason.
