Will the pole mount fit 1.5in diameter pole?

Hello,

While I know the suggested pole size is supposed to be 1in (The pole mount attachment is designed to fit a standard 1.25 inch antenna mount or any one-inch nominal pole or pipe (1.315 inch outer diameter) and anything in between.).

Does anyone know if it will be able to fit on a 1.5 inch outer diameter pole, or is that really pushing the mount? I want to make sure that if I get his mount that it wont crack the pole mount.

The nut will not fit or tighten. You can use a stubby pipe/conduit reducer of some sort between the 1.5" OD mast and the Tempest…

Thanks for the information on this, I ended up finding something that was more exact and am all good
