There is a calibration phase your unit needs to go through.
Mount it outside, and let it register winds for a while…it will self calibrate.
how long should that take
you have opened a support ticket, best thing you could do but I don’t see your Tempest device linked to the hub. Did you delete it from account ?
If you want them to be able to check, better have it linked and sending data they can check.
Wind calibration happens after a reboot of the device and waits for some wind from all 4 sides but this is mostly done quickly (seconds or a minute).
