If the hub connects with your phone and you are able to set it up then nothing else to do with it. If the sensors pair with the hub, nothing else to do. If they won’t pair then press and hold the LED button for ~10s to reset them.

if it has been used, ask for the station id, so you can check out the data. Just to make sure the unit at least worked at some point.
In case you don’t know, if you get a Station ID just replace it at the end of https://tempestwx.com/station/ and it will show you the web interface for that station. As an example here is one of my stations with a single SKY and AIR attached: https://tempestwx.com/station/36121

and different regions of the World can use different radio frequency and also different wifi channels. And a tempest hub is different to a sky hub. And there are different versions of solar power for Sky.
If you buy one from in your same country it should be the safe frequency and channels.
If you need to know the differences between regions and countries can you specify which country you are in and buying from.
