I am kind of confused regarding the different hubs. My PWS came with the hub model TH-HUB-01. I purchased the newer/upgraded hub model TH-HUB-02. Before I even had the chance to set the new hub up I experienced some bad health issues. I recently was able to try to get it hooked up so I went to the website to find the manual for it on how to connect it and such. The only hub I see that resemble my new one is one that has ethernet. The one I purchased does not have ethernet. It is white and purple with a non detachable white antenna. Can someone tell me which hub this is? I can’t find it anywhere on the website.
You should be able to just open the app on your mobile device (make sure you are logged in to your account), select Settings, Stations, then tap the + in the upper right hand corner of the screen to start the process.
