Connected my Tempest TH-TWD-01 to my wifi as a new setup last June. Worked great through February for seven months, and suddenly went off line in March. Tried all suggested fixes, soft reset, hard reset (blue light blinks three times and goes back to red), off/on, unplug/plug in, new power chord, putting it beside the router, hard/soft resets of the station itself, replaced battery in station, fast on/off multiple times on station. Station blinks slow green continuously, but of course can’t connect to HUB because HUB is not connected to wifi. Tried all these and more, multiple times. Still get a solid red light on the HUB. 2.4ghz is not the the problem, either. We have a 2.4ghz printer that has continued to work fine throughout that is much farther from the router than the HUB.
that is the part number of the outside part and that does not use wifi at all. That links to the hub via radio.
From what I can see your hub is not linked to your account anymore (server side)
Best is to reset all and start fresh and once all is ok, ask Customer Support to merge data back in.
In the app go to settings → stations and swipe left on your station name and delete. This way all is gone and you can start fresh.
The outside part (Tempest) can be reset via a long press on the led once it is started (via the switch). Press and hold the led till it reboots and it starts to blink slow green. It is now ready to pair with a hub again.
Depending your hub model the little hole can be in a different spot : Reset the Hub: while the Hub is powered, press and hold the reset button on the back of the Hub with a toothpick or paperclip, and release the button when the LED flashes or the WiFi LED flashes on the new WiFi Hub. Be carefull, the micro switch is fragile.
Once that is done, go back in your app → settings → stations and use the little + top right to start a full new setup cycle like you did first time.
