Hey @fishrman I’ve been harassing the crap out of our contract factory manager in Shenzhen for delivery details every single day. No details to report from the last couple days. Will post everything I know. Usually our factory drops off palettes of product to the shipper who then assign tracking details and bundle for bulk air freight to various regions. Then a digital file of tracking numbers get sent back to our factory manager (in Chinese) who translates and eventually sends the files to us. Once received, we investigate the files for accuracy before uploading the data into BackerKit which then kicks off the email notifications. By the time a backer gets a notification it is often a few days after the package is in flight on it’s journey.

Most recently a batch of 915 mHz SKY only packages were prepared and sent to non-North American regions by special delivery via DHL. Places including Japan, Israel, and Hong Kong.

Hi @926darkblue For complete stations to the US, we have shipped upto #1059 with more batches going out. Goal is to ship all in June. Will provide updates as details from our factory are known to us.

Snow will not affect the AIR sensor device as long as snow does not pile up and block the vent port on the side.

The haptic rain sensor on the SKY will only measure rain (although we have been testing it’s ability to detect hail). The impact signature of snow is too insignificant to quantify.

This may have been posted in this long thread somewhere already, but in case it wasn’t, you can go to http://www.yuntrack.com and enter your reference number (YTXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) that comes from BackerKit and hit “Track my Package.” It will bring up a page that has a “Tracking Number” listed next to the reference number that you entered and you can copy and paste that into FedEx.com or Google to find more information.

You will probably need to wait for the package to be handed off to FedEx before you can do this, but it is definitely more up to date as mine was delivered today, but the BackerKit tracking only shows that it was handed off to FedEx a few days ago as the most recent update.

Shipping update as of June 11th. So far, 1546 Backers have been shipped all devices HUB+AIR+SKY. Here’s the break out: Almost all SKY only 915 mHz devices have been shipped (to the early backers who already received AIR+HUB back in 2017). This includes regions = US, CA, AU, NZ, JP, IL, HK. COMPLETE 915mHz stations up to Indiegogo order number 1284 have been shipped. This includes regions = US, CA, AU, NZ, JP, IL, HK. Shipping update June 12

Following up on our shipping update from yesterday…Shipping update June 11 Just received tracking numbers for 163 SKY only 868 mHz packages which are headed to backers in Europe. Email notifications have just been sent. Another hundred or so COMPLETE 868 mHz packages bound for Europe have been dropped off at the shipper for processing. Expecting tracking numbers for these in a couple days.

@otko Send me a direct msg and tell me your name so I can help look up your shipping record. There are no known technical issues or recalls on the SKY. Most likely our freight forwarder in Shenzhen has issued a new tracking number as they relay the package to your local postal system.

Hi @fishrman Your summary is almost accurate. Factory retooled to build some of the 868 mHz devices as we waited for new parts supply for the remaining 915s. Will try to map deliveries to regions and IGG order numbers in the daily shipping update posts and share everything we know. BTW, we love and appreciate your eagerness!
