Replacement Tempest Arrived/Installed

My replacement Tempest is up and running and already at 2.56 volts, replacing the initial one that never got past 2.4-ish.

I am impressed with the responsiveness of tech support. They got back to me within two days, and after doing a few things to see if we could fix it, sent me the replacement unit that came installed with the new firmware, 133.

I’ve spent years doing tech support, and want to commend WF staff for their great work ethic in the midst of an intense rollout of a brand new device.
