Temperature below 32 degrees Fahrenheit

I just received and set up my unit and it says that it will not operate below 32 degrees. I live near the Canadian border in ny so this is a problem if it’s true.
Can you help?

Where does it say that?

I have both Air/Sky and Tempest and they have experienced sub zero Fahrenheit temps for days on end without incident.

I live in Northern Ontario and I’ve had -37F several times. Works perfectly even in bitter cold.

Here’s Tempest’s spec sheet - will definitely work fine below 32F. You might have saw something about the solar power accessory for the SKY device? Those original solar power accessory units won’t recharge below freezing but Tempest will be just fine.
