at least you have plenty of lights to charge it
I saw a message saying that all the applicants for field tester who were refused will receive an great price offer to buy the Tempest ? Never received any offer yet.
It will come. I suspect just before the Tempest goes public.
Yes! Youâll be notified well before Tempest is ready to ship.
You read my mind.
Maybe itâs years of experience or because the staff at WeatherFlow diligently care about customers, but I have learned enough to be able to accurately guess many of your answers.
WeatherFlow is the example of great customer service.
Tim and William are to be commended because they provide excellent support in answering questions with their prompt replies. Rest assured, we are in good hands with WeatherFlow.
Over the next several weeks, many of us are expecting to receive âpackagesâ or âshipmentsâ delivered through USPS Priority Mail from the Daytona Beach, FL area. When you are expecting to receive something to be delivered to your location, make sure you maintain a âPackage Watchâ, especially over the next 2-3 week period. I use âInformed Deliveryâ from the USPS. They take a snapshot of the mailing label, then send an Email showing that label to inform me that a parcel, package or delivery is expected on that day. In the past, I have observed parcels delivered to my front door (from any carrier) as late as 11pm to 2am local time, especially during the holiday rush so that items will reach the intended recipients. It would be extremely upsetting to have waited so long for a delivery from WeatherFlow. . .only to find out that a âPorch Thiefâ has helped himself or herself to YOUR Tempest Field Test Kit or Weather Station. Be vigilant and maintain a high degree of Situational Awareness during this Holiday Season. . . .and stay safe.
Luckily postal services here in the Netherlands bring packages to local pickup points if the recipient isnât at home.
Or itâs being delivered at the neighbourâs house.
We have similar here in UK, but we also have some creative delivery people who put them in our refuse wheelie bins, attempt to throw them over houses (which end up hitting the roof and sliding into the gutters), or throw them through open windows.
Jealous⌠You already have a Tempest.
nah, I have photoshop skills.
Really looks like itâs real.
Any further updates on test kit distribution â for those of us who donât have one yet?
Will a batch be send out when BatchIDs âRf40T##â, âRf41T##â, and âNewSPâ have passed QC testing on the Roof of MicaPlex?
WF does have the ability to see our data, would they also have the ability to see the location or at least in a general area if someone lifted the package off anyoneâs porchđ¤
Only if the station is put online and only if someone kept a record of the serial number.
Thanks Gary. I was curious about this!
The goal is to have all of them out in the first couple weeks of January.
